De wijnstokken op deze kleine wijngaarden op Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo en Novello, zijn tussen 7 en 40 jaar oud. Ze prijken er op de mooiste klei- en kalkbodems. Ze worden geleid volgens de Guyot methode en werden aangeplant op een densiteit van 4800 voeten per hectare. De verschillende Crus worden apart gevinifieerd en telkens geëleveerd naargelang de eigenschappen van elk terroir en dat gedurende 24 tot 30 maand.
